Bakers Arms Stratton

We were very proud & pleased to have won the contract to build this extension at the Bakers Arms, on Beechcroft Road, Stratton, for Arkells - the premier brewery in the area.

The Landlords, Cath & John, had been asking to have the extension built for over 10 years, but with financial issues this project was placed on hold - Until we approached Arkells with a very competitive quote.

The original specification of work increased to include the complete re-modelling of the drainage system, a new roof to the rear of the public house, two new smoking shelters, full refurbishment of the ladies & Gents toilets, and the full redecoration Internally & Externally.

Arkells were so pleased with the Extension they invited the Mayor & other local dignitaries to the official opening!

We have no doubt that we will be invited to tender and carry out further work for Arkells in the future.
